Horrible from the beginning... Not only did GAS TANK have a Hole in it and had to what couple hours for someone to put a screw in the hole of gas tank but somehow got charged xtra on milage even tho it wasnt....

Consider positioning the other equipment in a way that makes it easy to pick up the equipment designated for others. When we got there, the employee had to move 2 other trucks to reach the auto transport trailer, and even then, the trailer was parked perpendicular to the parking lot edge and was barely the distance of the width of a 26" uhaul truck. This meant that I needed to back up the truck close to the end of the park lot curb (all while perpendicular to the trailer direction) to hook up the trailer. But it did get done, so it wasn't unsuccessful.
