This is a gas station / conv. store. The lone 'ee could not produce a receipt for drop off, couldn't help me drop off or disconnect the trailer. There is a good full service u haul store a few blocks away, where I meant to drop the trailer off (I must have picked the wrong place on the app). This is where I would recommend service be provided.

wilmer jThe trailer was returned within 24h and I was charged for 3 days. I called and the gentleman insisted that the trailer was returned in 3 days then when I asked about checking the camera, he said he didn’t have access to it. I’ll never recommend anyone to that location.
LLOYD BI think the trailers need a crank on them to raise and lower the hitch very heavy to lift by your self
DONALD HNeeded sign showing as a drop off location and where to park. Needed better signage and instructions. Located drop box after walking up. Lady working was helpful even though first day at this location.
