Employees not staffed appropriately for such a busy gas station. Lockbox did not contain my keys like the gentlemen on the phone that called me from Oklahoma stated it might be (lock box code worked for the orange box, keys not inside.) , so I went inside and waited for over 30 minutes to pick up keys from a phone attendant inside. (One employee - 5+ person queue) They were sorely misinformed and at first couldn't find my keys. Directions to turn in keys were incorrect as well. The directions states return to a bottom box (code : BOT) where all lockboxes were 4 digit codes. No permutations of that worked so I returned the keys by hand which also took some extra time.

The only reason we knew it was a U-haul location was the trucks outside. Had to figure out which store. Then the person “working” said if you don’t use the app, it is $20 additional dollars. Why am I paying $20 dollars if there is a person on site not doing anything. That may be the last $20 I spend at U-haul.
