Customer service was incredibly rude. We came in with questions for return and were literally laughed at and told to drop the keys in the locked box. Were unable to complete the return as keys were gone and photos were required for return. Had to return to the business for closure of encounter and request the truck be opened again. Again were met with rudeness. Wouldn’t return to this location.
Pierce GClean the interior. Prior renter ashed in the driver’s door card (storage) and left behind used plumbing p-trap. There was sticky spills in the cup holders.
