My uhaul was not available upon arrival it took an extra 30 minutes to get when it was supposed to be a contactless app pickup and I wasn’t offered any type of extended time or compensation. I was charged an extra $30 for the gas being slightly under the starting point. I did not use all the time or miles and still was charged full amount. Overall very poor experience and would never recommend to anyone.

Maline TIt’s unclear where to go in the store for assistance. Had to wait at the cashier and ask. Signage of some kind would be helpful.
Jean TI paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. I also got charged an extra 130 dollars because the app messed up my mileage.
Miles TNick at the Rental Pick Up location was great. But... that was the 3rd location I was sent to... not including the very convenient location that the original reservation was made, that was switched the day before pick up. What I thought was going to be a very quick pick up turned into over an hour of running around Omaha before getting to the final location.
