Drop off location was simply a Mega Saver gas station. The drop off process is all driven by the app. Admittedly, it is convenient to drop off at a gas station so that you can get the fuel level back to where it was when you picked it up and then just move to the truck parking space. But the Mega Saver staff didn’t have to do anything.

JoAnn CIt took 30 minutes to pick up my truck as if movers aren’t paid by the hour! Not to mention changing my location and equipment without notification or my permission. Not set up to even run a uhual business. Then these thieving criminals tried to charge me for gas when I brought it back exactly where I picked it up at. Fortunately for me this is a common practice with uhual so I took over 63 photos prior to leaving the property including the dashboard with gas and mileage and when I returned showing I returned it exactly as is. Then they said they were fixing the issue but then charged me again after they returned it. At this point the law needs involved because it’s criminal and unethical. The lady who helped me was nice but I don’t appreciate being punished or victimized for using your services! You’d think they’d have a loyalty program or some common sense to see that it ain’t my first rodeo! I only used 12 miles total so the math isn’t even matching with what they marked on the sheet!!
Renitra BThis location which was 1 of 3 options was not set up to receive and take in the return. Took over 30 minutes to try to clear it up. Then realized there was a better drop off just minutes from our destination. You should update drop off locations
