DUSTY LHad to detour multiple times to put air on the tires due to tire monitor system error. Then charged more miles then originally allowed.
GONZALO DLocation is unmanned, need better instructions on return procedure. I was not aware that I needed to take photos to load on the app and had already locked the truck and deposited keys into drop box. I was not able to complete return through the app and had to call customer service.

Kyle NIt was clean but it was empty no gas at all. So it was returned with more gas then when I rented it. That is not how it works it should have gas then I return it with the sane amount it had when I got it.

Eric GWhen a business starts in the basement and there are 10 flights of stairs to get back to a zero rating, anything positive would be a start. However, there was nothing positive to say about this location. The drop off location was a swamp and a mud bog after a rain storm, the restaurant staff clearly indicated they had nothing to do with this U Haul business and were completely rude, and after having to call U Haul to get it noted I dropped it off, I was never even notified they had received it. There was a travel trailer in the field where the rest of the trailers were, and zero instructions on who to speak with or where to drop it off, I dropped it the very next day after using it, yet received an email saying they didn’t check it in until 3 days later. Their website and my reservation stated they were open on Sundays, yet no one could be found when I arrived. This place is fly by night and should not be allowed to be a franchise.

Zachariah TThe owner was very easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of. The online process could have been better. I received a text to inspect the unit before I left, but I didn't look at my phone and see it until several hours later. By then I couldn't use the link as it had expired.

Raymond MWell, the only problem I had was... in Springtown, Texas. We reserved a truck a day before needing it at Cliffs/Good Year. We showed up for pickup and no truck. They could have told us they didn’t have a truck and saved us a trip. We called another place and again reserved a truck. It was there and so was Kyle that works for U-haul. He helped us out and down the road we went. Happy!

Robert WMy only issue with location is that it was quite a distance from me. This was the only dealer with the trailer that met my needs. Certainly not the dealers fault. The gentleman was very personable and helpful. I'd be happy to use him in the future if that was the only location with the equipment I needed.
