Mel's dinner was not real nice pointed to a number and said u have to call this guy and walked away but the number i called that guy was very nice and helpful on the issue
DUSTY LHad to detour multiple times to put air on the tires due to tire monitor system error. Then charged more miles then originally allowed.
GONZALO DLocation is unmanned, need better instructions on return procedure. I was not aware that I needed to take photos to load on the app and had already locked the truck and deposited keys into drop box. I was not able to complete return through the app and had to call customer service.
