The location was not open when I returned. Everything was just ok. I was able to do a return through the app. Worked out ok. No on there to help with return, but really not needed with phone app.

Curtis SThis was not the location I chose for drop-off, and it was switched without any kind of prior notice. It wasn’t until we parked the truck at the my chosen drop off site and used the app to “return the rental” when it gave me a different drop off location. I rented a big truck so it was inconvenient to back it in at the first location, just to have to move it out to a different drop-off location.
