When returning the vehicle the spot that was available to park the truck was way too tight for the vehicle and should needs to be wider and longer.
Christopher ROur 24/7 pick up didn’t work, but the staff was friendly and changed the reservation for a in store pick up. We were told to leave the truck clean if not we would be charged. The truck was so dirty inside. We didn’t have a full tank and only drove 11 miles with the truck when filling up the truck we pumped over four gallon into the car! This is u exceptable.

JOHN PWe recently rented a uhaul for a local move. While on the phone with this location, the employee told me it would be easiest for me to do everything on the uhaul app for pick up/drop off. In hindsight, I realize she meant it would be easiest for them :/ using the app to pick up the truck was such a nuisance. At one point you have to wait for an agent to call your reference number and it took about 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot just for some dude to call for 10 seconds and say “hi you were listed as a contact in case there is a delay with the uhaul return. Ok bye!” Not everything needs to be done through and app! Sometimes working with a human is the best way to go. So annoying.

Greg JMy padlock on the truck didn’t work. We took it off the first time and then it wouldn’t come off the second. We brought it to a different uhual location since ours had no reps and no one would answer our call. They couldn’t fix it so they then had to cut off of the lock and give a new one. Whole process wasted half of my time and extra miles.
Jocelyn CThe mobile check in took over an hour to complete due to inability to find the begin pick up button. The video instructions do not match what you need to do in the app or on the website. It was the most frustrating experience and we had to call about 6 times for assistance. Most of the representatives were very kind and helpful but the first one we spoke with was very short and irritable which made it even more frustrating from the beginning.

Clifton HTook nearly an hour to get the keys to the car. Neither the app nor the website was working for me. I have a modern phone and had location services on. It took 2x calls to support and an employee at the location to help. Turning the vehicle back in, I followed the process and it STILL didn't recognize the location. I had to spend another nearly 20 minutes on hold to return the car. Never again.

MITCHELL HWe picked up the rental truck on a Sunday, no open business hours. The process went smoothly, but I wish I would have known that I could start the pick-up process at home because it did take time to get through it all (about 30 minutes). Once everything was approved, it went fast, but I would have rather been at home waiting for the approval instead of sitting in the parking lot.

AMY PI rented a cargo van for a week. They over charged me by a day. And when I had an issue with it all I got was attitude and told to call an 800 number with any disputes. Rachel specifically was quite rude and apparently sucks at customer service. Will never go there again.

Kyle KThe app does not work well for pickup or drop off. I looked at my receiptand was sad to see that I received a $20.00 fee for dropping off after hours. While this may have been a policy, it's sad that a company would charge for dropping keys off in a lock box. Seems excessive.

Joseph TThat truck is unsafe to drive in the highway. It’s an incredibly bumpy ride and every bump you hit jostles the wheel to the left or right enough to turn the vehicle. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or hurts someone else behind the wheel of that truck

Gowri WWe filled gas tank way above what we got truck with and company would not reimburse us for the extra gas and just said they appreciated the donation. Then o got charged for driving the truck 2 miles more than what was allowed despite the extra 1/2 tank of gas they wouldn’t pay us back for.

Jim UWe were in the parking lot for 25 minutes waiting for a response to our early pick-up message. The truck drove very poorly. Other than that, all was good.
