Trucks are dumps. Parking is incredibly hard. Took much longer to check out than committed. Online checkout doesn't work. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location makes it hard as you get overcharged for mileage.Brian M.

I returned the truck at night. It was very hard to see the signage. Not well lit from the road. An employee, not the woman at the main desk, was a bit rude, not very understanding that I was late in getting the truck. Please include a note saying to call if you are going to be late. Often it is out of control on the customer's part in the process of moving.SUSAN V.

I understand the need for some additional information. The amount of information, 2 additional contact numbers, and several other documents uploaded seemed a little much. Or having the expectation that the people listed will be called immediately. The writing made it sound like if you were non reachable. The experience overall was good. First time renting and picking up through the app. A sign for the drop box would be nice to rather than wondering around.jeffrey S.

What happens when the customer who proceeds you indicates the incorrect odometer reading? We'll simply stated your app refuses to move forward. The inflexible nature of your app and the lack of a live assistant leaves me disappointed in you app approach to dealing with customers. I would not recommend this to a friend. Uhaul changed my drop off location without notifying me. Upon arriving at the drop off location the woman who checked me in then told me I had to fold all of the moving blankets and bring them in the store to return the truck. Terrible customer service.Christian H.

It would be helpful to have a picture in the app where the lock drop off key box is. It's by the storage gate. Then you can find it otherwise it's just a parking lot. This location is quiet and convenient which is a big help.Charis B.
I first tried to rent on line from this location. The request was accepted, then moved to a 2nd location for lack of trailer. Then it was moved to a 3rd location. The 3rd location had a trailer that did not work. I called the first location. They had the trailer I requested. Go figure?!?!Donald R.

It was not so much the location but the ridiculous go on your iPhone and fill out stuff. Our settings didn't work, it took forever and then it could not verify us. After calling customer service and sitting on hold 10 min we cancelled order and started over with lady at counter. It took over an hour. Very inefficient.Steven V.

We were able to register online and complete answers required. but once we arrive to pickup the truck. we were having issues accessing the right site to complete the remaining questions. We asked the employee at the facility (young lady who sat at the desk near the door), she seemed irritable from our questions regarding website. Her attitude was undesirable. The website appears to be suited for â€œmillennialsâ€. If in the future, we need to use u-haul via online App, we'll look at other options first.Fredia S.
