1. In the communications, say exactly where the Dropbox is. I had some trouble finding it after I parked in front of the office. 2. In the communications, indicate where the word lock is supposed to go .There was no instruction on that. I left mine locked in the truck on the seat. I saw that others had just left them on top of the dropbox. 3. The price per mile seems very high to me.

I dropped off the truck at this location on a day they were closed. They charged me $20 for an after hours drop off even though it was a Sunday and they aren’t open. I had to call to request a refund.

Jim SU-Haul erroneously has the location listed as closed on Saturday. It was open until 12:00pm local time. Saturdays and Sundays are really prime days for rental of trucks.
Chris Dsystem was down so I was 1 hour late to where I needed to be. The key was not in my uhaul which further delayed getting me started. The right rear view mirror was loose making it difficult to drive. There was no gas in the tank when I got it. It was on empty. I did call to get my time extended and was granted 24 hours free of charge. But the entire experience was very frustrating
