The hours for this location on your website were incorrect. This caused me serious issues as your app was not working and according to your published hours the location was closed. After not getting through on the app and talking with a representative I tried to go to 2 other locations to get the truck rented that I needed. While at the 2nd other location I got a call from this location saying that they were in the office the whole time and say me looking around to see if somebody was there and that I could come back and rent a truck if I still wanted to. I wasted an hour of my time with this whole ordeal.
Adam KEntering this location from the east I missed the enterence every time I went there. Better signage from the east would be great. I will be using this location more often.

Nancy LPickup location was fine. What was not fine is the App was not working so I could not pickup the truck at 8:15 like I intended to. I had to wait until this location opened up at 9:30 because the app was not working.
