My over all experience was good however it's extremely crowded. I was almost hit by a uhal pulling in to pick up my uhal.
Victoria LIt was returned on time on 2/2/26. Even with more gas than we rented it with. While we handed the key to an employee on time, at the cash register, it wasn't shown as returned until 8 am, the next morning. This was not the case; my wife can even witness this. I was charged erroneously for a second day on the truck, safemove, and appliance dolly. I had to call Uhaul Customer Service to get a $47.44 refund back to me.

LARRY CWasn't told of any hold on your credit card ... in fact your app AND website says there is no deposit if you use your credit/debit card. Then the air in the tires were low and the warning was on .. before I left the location I asked if they had an air pump because it showed the tires were low and was told that was my responsibility ... unacceptable. The van was filthy outside and not very clean inside ... just a horrible experience all together. Will not recommend OR use Uhaul if I can avoid it in the future!

GWENDOLYN TThere was no noticeable U-Haul sign outside, I seen other trucks on the parking lot so I knew that was the location to drop the truck off; however, I dropped the truck off at 8 pm and the stores were close. No one was available to let me know to just park the truck and place the keys in drop box that wasn't so easy to spot.
Kiarre BRemove the 17 Movers from the help option. I paid for 2 workers that never showed up. I asked several times for my money to be refunded and it wasn’t so I had to dispute it with the bank.
Barbara PJoanie made me feel like I was renting from a family member. Her vibe was so down to earth and warm and friendly. I can tell that they are a unit at that location. Everybody works well together.

Shenekwa HWhen I got the U-Haul. It had mud in driver floor board. I cleaned it the best I could. Moving is stressful, but the guy was very helpful.

LORENA ODisrespectful Experience at U-Haul On 01/03/2025, I visited the U-Haul location at 4415 Guss Thomasson Rd to pick up a reserved vehicle. Despite carefully completing my reservation online, I was charged for services I didn’t request. When I questioned the bill, a bilingual employee dismissed my concerns with a condescending attitude, refusing to provide clear explanations. Employees like this harm the company’s reputation and erode customer trust. U-Haul must take immediate action to address such behavior through better training and accountability. I hope the company improves its standards, but I will hesitate to use their services again.

DAMION MI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced. It was truly deplorable. The staff appeared to have no knowledge of their inventory, creating unnecessary confusion. To make matters worse, they refused to honor the prices listed online, claiming that they have their own costs to consider. This raises an important question: why remain affiliated with U-Haul if they cannot uphold the standards and pricing expectations set by the company? Such discrepancies not only undermine customer trust but also tarnish the reputation of the U-Haul brand. I hope this matter is addressed promptly, as the current situation is unacceptable for a business claiming to serve its customers effectively.
