this place is only out to get extra money out of people. I only drove the truck less than 15 miles they hit me with a extra 10 miles. Then had the nerve to call me and tell me i drove 60 miles when i only drove down the street 3 miles then 3 miles to my new spot then back to the old place 3 miles away and 3 miles back to the new place and 2 miles back to them. But they charges me for 25 miles. I would not recommend this place to anyoneGLORIA D.

Please this location where I took a rental car, they don't have a good customer service. Because they are busy to their own activities. They don't care about people who takes care and bring back them.I took a care when it was not full of gas when I get there they started to tell me that I could full it,I told them to make sure how murch gas was in the tank before me to rent it.Because I used 19mileges only,and I moved there without resolving a problem.Safari K.

Well I did not drive that much went to garland back to mesquite I stayed in mesquite they said if I bring it back before 8 and did not go that many places I can have my 100 dollars back I did what was asked came back then they only gave me 16 dollars back and we only went to go to garland to get a couch and then go to academy sports and out door then home it was very discouragingjames F.

Though the outside and inside was clean the vehicle needed maintenanced. The right front tire pressure came on and wouldn't go off. I wasn't able after putting air into it to turn it off. The engine wouldn't switch gears even after putting cleaner into and towards the end of the trip, it started knocking. I was also NOT told my site was switched the day of pick up till 1520 hrs when I was picking it up at 1630 hrs. I was driving at 1600 hrs and was notified by text so never got the message!!! When I was informed of the change I wasn't given any compension for this change I was told I was notified and if I wanted the vehicle I needed to leave. I left, I needed the vehicle.teri W.

This specific location was not the problem. They did not have in stock the appliance dolly and furniture pads I had rented. Thomas, the Uhaul rep, offered to either cancel the order and refund me the money but I needed both items. He said he would call another location (12215 LBJ Fwy. Garland,TX) and I could pass by and pickup the items there. When I got there the so called assistant manager named Angelique and her ghetto co parter in crime Nikki were rude and not helpful whatsoever. Instead of trying to figure out a way to help me, all they could do was argue about how Thomas should not have done that. I will never rent or refer anyone to that Garland location with the bunch of ghetto people they have working there.Michael C.

The employees were genuinely warm and courteous. This store extended my a 10% veteran's discount on the soft drinks and pepper spray that made my move even more healthy and peaceful. I prefer Not to move myself belongings myself, HOWEVER, their clear explanations and time they were glad to give me even as their store was bustling (first Uhaul rental) made me hopeful of a move with Less Stress (;-) Go talk to them!Amanda C.

Original truck supplied has a broken mirror and no blankets (5 dozen were ordered). Hours of my time were wasted changing trucks and going to another location to get blankets. The Ford 650 drove terribly, unless the road was perfect, it was like riding a buckboard. Extremely uncomfortable and challenging to drive, a prescription for accidents.david W.

I spoke with the person at the sight onthe phone and also with the call center to secure the truck. I told both that I needed to rent an appliance dolly to move a refrigerator. When my sons arrived to get the truck, they were told there were no dollys at this location. This put a big burden on them to find a way to move the frig w/ the dolly that I had requested and planned to rent. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. I didn't care for this pick up location because the cashier was very rude. I tried ran my card for at least 4 or 5 times and couldn't get the payment to go through. I was on the phone with my bank and they confirmed with her that the money was on my card. I eventually had to use my sisters card to pay for the truck rental. After the payment was made, the person that brings the truck out of the gate was rude also. He gave me the truck and said to me, here is your 14 foot truck. I said to him that I paid for a 15 foot truck. He was starting shouting at me and saying, we don't have a 15 foot truck. My brother had to chime in and tell him that shouting at me was not an option. He then walked off and went back in the store. the cashier came out and stated that the man didn't know what he was talking about, and that it was a 15 foot truck. It took me an hour and thirty minutes to rent the truck. Poor customer service.Karen C.

The entire experience was horrible they have people working at this location who refused to give me my uhaul because they didn't know what they were doing and refused to get anyone on the phone to help them get me my truck. I paid $127 for 24 hours but only had my truck for 6 hours. Everything was horrible and I will never rent from uhaul again.Kamaria P.

Made my reservation on line. Equipment was different size, further away than requested and not complete, no moving blankets as requested. I was charged for extra mileage caused by pickup location extra miles and i think i was charged more for the larger size i did not request! The location was a hardware store not really equipped to handle moving needs as i would expect in a large market. Would be ok as a small town location but not when i drove past 2-3 legitimate U-Haul moving facilities on the way to this one.KEN S.
This locations needs a complete training on checking in and out customers. It took them 40 min just to fill the blanks on the computer making it painful as I was already filled all my info online. Somehow there was a disconnect or lack of experience.Francisco A.
