I was told I could drop off was customer choice after 3 attempts st different U-Haul locations I finally was directed here and found they are closed on fridays. Called the number on the door and after a brief hold they sent someone to open the storage unit so I could drop off the trailer. She was very pleasant to work with and drop off was easy.
DALE SThe Hardy location could use a U-Haul sign on the building went right past it the first time. Other than that, the experience was excellent. Drew was very personable and very helpful.
