Everything was great. 2 things: there was no washer fluid, didn't know it till needed it. Would have been great to have cruise control. Gas mileage was much better than I thought. I would definately use again. Was a 15'. Service was terrific both getting truck and returning. Thank you uhaul!

Joseph II was told I could drop off was customer choice after 3 attempts st different U-Haul locations I finally was directed here and found they are closed on fridays. Called the number on the door and after a brief hold they sent someone to open the storage unit so I could drop off the trailer. She was very pleasant to work with and drop off was easy.
