This location is inside of a CPA's office. It took 30 mins to pickup the van when there was no one ahead of us. There were items left behind from a previous move in the van, and it was dirty. I was given piles of dirty blankets (instead of folded blankets) that were not ready for us to pickup when we arrived there. In the end, I asked for proof of me having dropped of a van and a final quote of what I would be charged, and they couldn't give it to me. They just asked me to leave the keys. Generally, it was a very unprofessional experience. Please differentiate real U-Haul locations from the ones that aren't.

CAROLL MI fuel the Van before returning it to the same level it had when I took it. But I’ve been charged for the fuel and a fee for fueling. They stated if I did not take a picture of the dashboard fuel indicator before and after I don’t have rhe prove.and must be charged.
COSIMO AVan was given at 1/4 tank so that they can charge you the $30 fee returning a van at a 1/4 tank.
Rasheed NThis location almost cost me $25k and a client. When we returned the truck they didn’t update their system and it showed up as though we hadn’t returned the truck. So our subsequent truck rental which we had reserved a week in advance was canceled because the system indicated we hadn’t returned a truck and I didn’t have a way to get all of my event assets to the largest festival in south Florida. If it wasn’t for my quick thinking I would have been screwed at 3am with no truck , no way of getting to my event with assets and would have lost a client. I am NEVER using that location again.
EDDIE GThe steering rack on that uhaul I rented was extremely loose. They're usually loose on the older models but this one was kinda extreme. Maybe get that looked at.
