I was renting many times U haul different locations , but newer have the experience if someone give you the keys for vehicle do not come with you to check vehicle together and check the gasoline level Maybe is the trick to make you pay more after you return vehicle, I took the picture before I turn on vehicle, and when I returned vehicle I put more gasoline than needed,, how is fair and possible to charge me more, I pick up vehicle with 4 lines gas, I returned with 5 lines gasoline,, I was mailed with Rudolpho from uhaul and sent him a picture from a vehicle gasoline lines, he didn’t respond yet? Is very bad experience this time of your company They charged me double…

aldo sMade reservation online. Went to pick up. The location has me their phone and i sit in the phone with uhaul because the location doesn’t directly process it. After completing the check in process, they tell me my reservation is cancelled and i need to call another number to see why. I make another reservation online and them complete the check in process 3 times before it works. It took 2 hours just to pick up the truck
ESTEBAN SThey shouldn't advertise that pickup is available anytime; it's only from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. While the person who answers the phone is polite, the office staff have a very bad attitude. Additionally, the van was dirty when they handed it over, yet they charged me a cleaning fee.
EDITH RCouldn’t complete the online check in since someone who was not at the location was responsible for the keys and had to wait for their approval before taking the vehicle. It took 4 days after returning the vehicle for it to be marked as returned in the system. I’ll travel farther next time
