Don't over charge. I filled the Tank completely full, I had the truck less than 3 hours, I drove the truck in a radio of 12 miles total and I was charged with $39.45. !!!!Alfredo B.

I requested some moving items and confirmed online and once I got the place, none of them were available. Only one person was working and the line was long. All people there were waiting so long. My moving schedule was so behind because of this.Mizki H.
The Vehicle had no tail lights or turn Signal Lights or emergency lights. It broke down in the middle of Garden Grove Blvd., in the number 1 lane after Nathan and I replaced the gas we had used. The Police had to push us to the corner and we were still nor out of danger I will be calling corporat3e regarding this transaction.. I would like corporate to call me regarding this.NATHAN V.

I received the Váº¡n with an almost empty gas tank. Returned it with almost a full tank at my will so other clients after me would feel safer with a full tank of gas. However, I did not get any reimbursement for the extra effort and my own pocket money. I feel like I am being robbed. It was 83 dollars. VERY SAD I want to use my debit card to finalize the payment, but was told that I could not do so. POOR MANAGEMENT The rental van was $19.95 per day even though I chose to return it at 4:00pm the same day, in the statement specified due date is at 4:00pm. CHEATED IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAYKHA N.

Over the phone, you are told a seperate thing and told something different in person. Considering this is a bigger company and being nationwide, there aren't enough locations nearby for easier accessibility. The closest location was over 10+ miles away. so your Uhaul i rented the gas pipe was vandalized and did not find out until i was re-filling the gas tank before i returned the truck on the same day. the gas was spilling all over on the ground at the gas station which could cause so much damages to my self and others. Your staffs should have gone through the truck to make sure the truck is in safety mode before renting out to customer.DAVID V.

I rented a truck that needed a lift, or ramp, When I was signing the paperwork for the truck I asked the clerk if it had a ramp, he said yes. When I got to my moving destination there was no ramp, I ended up renting a truck for nothing. Worst experience ever.Carlos G.

We would prefer someone inspect and sign off the vehicle before we leave it behind. We arrived at the facility and it was closed but due to open at 9:00 AM. When it did not open at the scheduled time, called and spoke with Jose and he informed me that someone would be arriving in around 30 to 40 minutes. He also told me I could leave the key in the box and they would email us with the receipt. We reluctantly did as he requested.JOSEPH Y.

They overcharged me with the mileage and fuel and safemove. I only driving 19151 - 19168 which is only 17miles they charged me 18 miles. I refueled to the marks that I checked out and they marked on the receipt different mark and charge me for it. And I never choose SafeMove, I dont know why they selected for me without my consent.Jyn D.

Apparently the manager was not in the office today, so even after I did the UHaul phone app sign in, I still had to go in for a key, and had to call someone to come and open up the office. Otherwise, the employee who helped me was very friendly and professional, and the Ford van was in great condition.John P.
First of all..the employees at this location don't even know what they're doing.. they kept asking me for a credit card and ID.. but I had checked in online for 24/7 truck share.. all I needed to do was show them a code and get my keys.. they didn't understand that concept and had to do a conventional rental allover again and ended up there for 40 minutes.. which was time I couldn't spare... then I get in the truck.. and find trash in the back and a crumbled up cigarette box in the cup holder.. worst uhaul experience yet.Ahmed H.
