They gave me the wrong truck and charge extra for it. The website did not notice me about the hour office or after hour fee when I made reservation. They charge me extra $30 more than our estimated.

OH D.I rented a truck that needed a lift, or ramp, When I was signing the paperwork for the truck I asked the clerk if it had a ramp, he said yes. When I got to my moving destination there was no ramp, I ended up renting a truck for nothing. Worst experience ever.

MICHAEL F.We would prefer someone inspect and sign off the vehicle before we leave it behind. We arrived at the facility and it was closed but due to open at 9:00 AM. When it did not open at the scheduled time, called and spoke with Jose and he informed me that someone would be arriving in around 30 to 40 minutes. He also told me I could leave the key in the box and they would email us with the receipt. We reluctantly did as he requested.
JOSEPH Y.They overcharged me with the mileage and fuel and safemove. I only driving 19151 - 19168 which is only 17miles they charged me 18 miles. I refueled to the marks that I checked out and they marked on the receipt different mark and charge me for it. And I never choose SafeMove, I dont know why they selected for me without my consent.

Jonas A.Apparently the manager was not in the office today, so even after I did the UHaul phone app sign in, I still had to go in for a key, and had to call someone to come and open up the office. Otherwise, the employee who helped me was very friendly and professional, and the Ford van was in great condition.
John P.First of all..the employees at this location don't even know what they're doing.. they kept asking me for a credit card and ID.. but I had checked in online for 24/7 truck share.. all I needed to do was show them a code and get my keys.. they didn't understand that concept and had to do a conventional rental allover again and ended up there for 40 minutes.. which was time I couldn't spare... then I get in the truck.. and find trash in the back and a crumbled up cigarette box in the cup holder.. worst uhaul experience yet.
