PAUL CThe truck was below empty when I turned on the engine. Luckily there was a gas station about a mile down the road where I put in $25 of gas in and it still was on empty either way the light on. We then put $65 in before leaving FV to go to SD, and dropped off the U-Haul early and was charged $4.23 for over mileage. This is ridiculous and I still have yet to be called by a manager in regards to my complaint of being given a truck on empty. This is poor customer service. I returned the truck with plenty of gas in it for the next customer, so obviously the previous driver of my truck did not leave the car appropriate.

SERGIO VI have filed a complaint because the lady working on Saturday around 11-12pm gave us the wrong information. I told her I was moving to a different county (Corona) and I wanted to drop the uhual off at the nearest uhual if that was ok. I asked her multiple times to be sure because I didn’t want to get a surcharge and she said yes “ all uhual are the same” u just leave the keys. So I believed her but that was not true and super unfair. She works there and should know their rules and policies. I was already buying a house and that extra charge is ridiculous! I would’ve just returned the stupid car but I am filing a complaint because that is unacceptable and I shouldn’t have to pay for an incompetent employee who doesn’t know the difference between locations although that is there job and gives the wrong information to customers. I also kept asking her why the uhual didnt show on my uhual dashboard and how was I gnna return it like that. She said “ oh it just a technical error don’t worry just leave the key” worst mistake ever. $372 for that crap as if I don’t need the money to pay for my mortgage.
HUMBERTO PThe guy was super friendly and explained the whole process and went over the details of the U-haul. He also had a very cute dog in his office! He went above and beyond to accommodate for the gas on almost E when the file said the gas was a little less than half. I ended up filling up extra gas to return and he gave me a little discount for the inconvenience of everything. He is very responsive and gives you his personal Phone in case you need to reach him. Overall had a good experience renting from here!

Supakij SI came during business hour, 2:30 pm. The employee stepped out and left a note on the door to call. Jose told me to park, lock and put the keys in the door slot. He will be back to close out. He came back and charged me $20 after hour fee.

Jobi TThis was interesting. I was attempting to use the app to pick up the truck. It asks for an emergency contact but then wait til later to say they are going to use it to verify identity. I put my job down and put my phone number because I’m a coach and fitness manager. It rejected that because it matched my personal number. Then when I went into the spot to try to rent I was told they couldn’t because I had been flagged not to rent to. Eventually I completed the process on the app and the spot rented to me. It took almost an hour and I was in a tight schedule.also what I rented was not in the truck. Dolly was there blankets weren’t Made it difficult to move items that might get damaged So my issue is more with app and communication than the location. The customer se is in person was great

Alfredo BI requested some moving items and confirmed online and once I got the place, none of them were available. Only one person was working and the line was long. All people there were waiting so long. My moving schedule was so behind because of this.

It broke down in the middle of Garden Grove Blvd., in the number 1 lane after Nathan and I replaced the gas we had used. The Police had to push us to the corner and we were still nor out of danger I will be calling corporat3e regarding this transaction.. I would like corporate to call me regarding this.

BRIAN SI received the Vạn with an almost empty gas tank. Returned it with almost a full tank at my will so other clients after me would feel safer with a full tank of gas. However, I did not get any reimbursement for the extra effort and my own pocket money. I feel like I am being robbed. It was 83 dollars. VERY SAD I want to use my debit card to finalize the payment, but was told that I could not do so. POOR MANAGEMENT The rental van was $19.95 per day even though I chose to return it at 4:00pm the same day, in the statement specified due date is at 4:00pm. CHEATED IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY
KHA NOver the phone, you are told a seperate thing and told something different in person. Considering this is a bigger company and being nationwide, there aren't enough locations nearby for easier accessibility. The closest location was over 10+ miles away. It seems it is done purposely to charge more for mileage.

James Sso your Uhaul i rented the gas pipe was vandalized and did not find out until i was re-filling the gas tank before i returned the truck on the same day. the gas was spilling all over on the ground at the gas station which could cause so much damages to my self and others. Your staffs should have gone through the truck to make sure the truck is in safety mode before renting out to customer.

OH DI rented a truck that needed a lift, or ramp, When I was signing the paperwork for the truck I asked the clerk if it had a ramp, he said yes. When I got to my moving destination there was no ramp, I ended up renting a truck for nothing. Worst experience ever.

MICHAEL FWe would prefer someone inspect and sign off the vehicle before we leave it behind. We arrived at the facility and it was closed but due to open at 9:00 AM. When it did not open at the scheduled time, called and spoke with Jose and he informed me that someone would be arriving in around 30 to 40 minutes. He also told me I could leave the key in the box and they would email us with the receipt. We reluctantly did as he requested.
JOSEPH YThey overcharged me with the mileage and fuel and safemove. I only driving 19151 - 19168 which is only 17miles they charged me 18 miles. I refueled to the marks that I checked out and they marked on the receipt different mark and charge me for it. And I never choose SafeMove, I dont know why they selected for me without my consent.
