Better service and communication with customers
OVIDIO SRevoke this locations franchise license as they do the U-Haul company name a serious disservice. These people are hurting your brand.
ISAAC HI was charge 54 dollars for fuel and I have proof that I returned the van with more fuel than when I picked it up. So I was scammed with the fuel.

Michael II would honestly eliminate this as a U-haul site. Billy, the person who met us, gave us the keys late, did not have any of the equipment in the van we requested, and then after we returned the van early he did not enter it into the system as recieved so we were charged for 3 days instead of 1 day. Just to make things worse he incorrectly put the number of miles and charged us for many more miles we never used. Fortunately we took photos of the miles before and after we used the van. Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional.

Morgan GMy app didn't work there, so I couldn't load the actual condition of the vehicle into the app, the car didn't have the mileage stated on the statement, and the fuel was less than 1/4 full. I only went from Hyde Park to Norwood and back, which averages about 25 miles in total. However, they said I drove 118 miles in just 2 hours of using the car. It is clear that this car was under a previous lease and this previous contract was not properly accounted for in the store's system and only in my contract was this updated. My mistake was not taking photos on my own cell phone and saving them. I was wrongly charged for something I didn't use.
Fernando RRegarding renting the van from that location this organized not well-kept and this is my first time using U-Haul very disappointing came out spending more than $80 for something that started out at 1999. Not happy wouldn’t recommend us to anyone because it’s overcharged after the amount that they actually suggest, regardless of the mileage, there was no gas added in the vehicle, not even a half a tank next time I’ll go straight to a U-Haul company instead of a side order autobody place not looking forward to using U-Haul. No time zone first time in my 58 years ever using the service. 🤬☹️☹️☹️🥺🤬

CHARLES SClean the uhaul and not charge a hundred more than agreed to at booking to drive away and then say that I owe 126 total. I'm confused did I do something wrong. was there a deposit? I drove 60 of the 80 miles. was this a 120 rental or a 230 rental plus 120?
Kyle JIt took me awhile for the Uhaul App/site to work when checking out the van, which put me back around 25 minutes. The van was in great shape, and the price was what I was quoted for. I'd rent from there again, even though the people working weren't the friendliest.

Emmanuel OOur original drop location was "full" and could not accept the vehicle. We were forced to drop off at a location 1/2 hour away and it cost over $30 to lyft back to where we needed to be, not to mention the time lost trying to reach someone to speak to about a different drop off location. The attendant at the original site was not helpful, would not help us find a place to drop and claimed not to have access to a direct line to any of the nearby drop off places. In retrospect, the contract we had with UHaul said we should drop it there and I feel like we should have just done that. The UHaul employee very effectively made it "our problem" not his or UHaul's problem. We would very much like to be reimbursed for our Lyft ride. Thank you.
