I rented the trailer and wanted to drop off in Green Valley. When I contacted U-Haul, I was told there was nowhere to drop it in Green Valley and I would have to haul it to Tucson 40 minutes away. I was offered a free day for the trouble, but I did not need the extra day as I had completed my move on schedule. When I returned the trailer, the yard was locked and the store employees told me it was closed. I called U-Haul again and was told to drop it in the parking lot. While positioning the trailer to unhook it a different employee showed up with keys to the yard.

Had to wait close to an hour for the right person to show up. I had a 9am pickup time and did not get out of there until 10:30.

The van had almost no breaks, the check engine light was on, the steering was very loose and the column made noises. They did not have a dollie or moving pads. The van was not swept out. My receipt was $60 less than the amount charged to my card. The people at the Carnerceria were nice but the experience was not good. Would go back for food but would never rent a Uhaul from here again.

Nothing. Arrangements went as planned. I was late to pick up, but I did get a notification that it was cancelled. I had to redo online. I was happy with service and price! This location was recommended by friend. I’ll make sure to recommend as well! Thank you!!

Mexico lindo. Is reliable , attentive and very knowledgeable about the services, prior to getting the truck at Mexico lindo I was being bounced around like a ball because U-Haul systems are not updated for truck availability and had to go to three different locations to only be told sorry we don’t have any trucks. I get the system isn’t perfect but systems are not being updated properly on availability then it creates frustration. Lucky México Lindo was there and came thru!!

After several changes to the reservation, we picked up at this location. GREAT service, very attentive, courteous. Ericka was terrific.

The U-Haul was dirty. Had actual mucus on the steering wheel. Headphones on dash and prior rental agreement on the dash . We had to disinfect the cab before we drove it. The reservation was wrong and to fix it would cancel our price match from budget she said so had to keep the incorrect reservation. No one explained the hook ups to us and resulted in a serious situation on the freeway. When the situation happened we called the 1800 number just to be told that was only for accidents and breakdowns. We tried to call several locations near by on the map and only one ( which others were listed to be open) answered and told us they couldn’t accommodate a truck pulling a car in the parking lot. It was frustrating to say the least.

Driver door mirror was broken when I picked it up. The transmission doesn’t shift well had check engine light on and I had to drive from Sahuarita to Tucson to pick it up when my reservation was suppose to be guaranteed in Sahuarita.

My original reservation was supposed to be at a U-Haul in Green Valley for self and easy pick up after hours. I went to the location and they never left the lock box out with the key in so I waited 3040 minutes at that location without being able to pick up the U-Haul and unfortunately had to drive all the way to Tucson to go pick up a U-Haul because the place I was supposed to pick it up did not have it ready. The lady at the Mexico, Lindo Food market was amazing. She was outstanding and they were very fast and great service! But I would definitely not recommend the location in Green Valley to anyone as it was horrible.

Supervisor was rude and in a hurry to leave. I had to find my own haul and when I took it back everything was wrong. Bad experience with supervisor. No help and very rude.

Dirt lot behind convenient store. Didn’t feel or look like any U-Haul location but more like the wrong place to drop a trailer. Didn’t feel right but the person that checked me out found me on her phone and was able to send me a receipt showing I dropped it off.

I was given the wrong drop off address. When I returned the truck to this "correct" address, nobody was there to receive the truck, I had to call the Uhaul help line to realize I had to go inside the meat market, confusing.
