I rented the trailer and wanted to drop off in Green Valley. When I contacted U-Haul, I was told there was nowhere to drop it in Green Valley and I would have to haul it to Tucson 40 minutes away. I was offered a free day for the trouble, but I did not need the extra day as I had completed my move on schedule. When I returned the trailer, the yard was locked and the store employees told me it was closed. I called U-Haul again and was told to drop it in the parking lot. While positioning the trailer to unhook it a different employee showed up with keys to the yard.
MATTHEW CHad to wait close to an hour for the right person to show up. I had a 9am pickup time and did not get out of there until 10:30.
Robert CThe van had almost no breaks, the check engine light was on, the steering was very loose and the column made noises. They did not have a dollie or moving pads. The van was not swept out. My receipt was $60 less than the amount charged to my card. The people at the Carnerceria were nice but the experience was not good. Would go back for food but would never rent a Uhaul from here again.
