The guy that checked in the truck was somewhat helpful. When I dropped off the truck he let me know that I was being charged for over milage. I let him know that I was dropping off the truck a day early. He tried to drop off a days charge but he couldn't do that. I was still charged for two day rental, but I didn't have to pay the extra mileage.

ALICE HEasy to get to. I did the self check in cause we got done earlier than we thought. My only complaint is that my original pick up and original drop off locations that I had were a lot closer to me so when U-Haul changed locations it added miles so I had to pay for that, I don’t think that’s right but we absolutely needed the truck and it worked great.
