The uhaul had cock bed bugs I broke down twice missed work because of it, now have to pay 1 000$ fine and the provider the first time was 2 hours out I'm stranded at walmart no body there right before morning came so.eone with a wrecking Tow serviced stopped and asked us if we need help. He had to pry the hood open due to it not opening at all. Had to use a special tool, Had like a hydronic lift small machine for jobs like that. I wad charged 50$ for there service. I got a receipt. They were traveling thru so idk what company or anything I was crying stressed hungry cold. This is my first time renting and it's been a complete nightmare. The truck kept acting like it was shifting down so I couldn't hardly drive. I want a full refund the 50$ I had to pay should cover my gas I used. The miles I want refund my first payment I want refund. I will be giving some review and if they feel I shouldn't get a refund I'm going to court. I work for state I was late to work because tuck broke down 3 times I had to call road side service twice to get help. If I miss work and do not have it done by 8am I get 1000 fine. I can provide proof. This was a night mare and I'll never use again. Not trust worthy. had to have a battery replaced completely

The guy that checked in the truck was somewhat helpful. When I dropped off the truck he let me know that I was being charged for over milage. I let him know that I was dropping off the truck a day early. He tried to drop off a days charge but he couldn't do that. I was still charged for two day rental, but I didn't have to pay the extra mileage.

Once again rented equipment (2 dollys) and they were not provided. Def paid for that shit tho

The U-Haul was an older U-Haul (it had manual windows), but it was an excellent condition and the check-in process was amazing. Very good customer service. I would totally recommend them to anyone that ask.

Easy to get to. I did the self check in cause we got done earlier than we thought. My only complaint is that my original pick up and original drop off locations that I had were a lot closer to me so when U-Haul changed locations it added miles so I had to pay for that, I don’t think that’s right but we absolutely needed the truck and it worked great.
