I could not reserve the size I wanted. What's the point of reservervaions? I need a 15ft. Reserved it and there was no15 ft trucks for me. Uhaul needs to redo their reservations proceedure.paula R.

It's time u haul went back to full gas tanks upon receipt of their vehicles . It's very hard to hit an arbitrary spot on a gas gauge . Obviously U haul is aware of this . You overfill that's on you. . You underfill then U haul makes money on gas . Given the price of gas currently this practice should end . It puts the onus on customers and obviously works out for U haul as one must constantly turn the vehicle on and off to read the gauge . It's a Racket planin and simple .Stewart M.

They truck I needed had a mechanical error I had to wait a whole day for a new one but Michael in atascadero drove to paso to get one. It made me load late at night and drive late the next day in SF traffic but atascadero uhall gave me 50miles free and an extra day so I made it to work yaTina C.

iOS app sucks, doesn't work. No way to actually do pickup despite claims. Always have to call location and have them intervene. U-Haul needs to fire their CTO or whoever is responsible for the mobile app.Mark F.

Only one person and she kept forgetting the extra's we had ordered - had wrong dolly in trailer and tried to insist we had not ordered furniture pads (we had). To her credit - all was resolved and she did a very good job at getting our trailer hocked up to our car. She could have used another person at her place as she was working slow due to helping multiple customers at once.Molly M.

My whole experience with uhaul was terrible. First I had to drive 30 min out of my way to pick up the truck. Then when I arrived to pick up was told the truck wasn't there. Went to the second location and no one was there to help us. We waited and when he arrived seemed very short with us and was not friendly considering all the inconvenience we had been put through. Drove back to San Luis Obispo, (where I wanted to pick up the truck originally), and the storage unit I was getting stuff out of was right across the street from the uhaul. I made these reservations with plenty of notice to pick up where it was convenient. The truck was dirty, and pet hair all inside. This company should make it more convenient to their customers.Susan L.

Michael was very helpful in making sure the rental was really ready to tow to WA state. He received one and found a broken leaf-spring. While repair was planned he got another one for me but, it needed new tires. He made special efforts to get four new tires on in time for me to make the trip. Excellent service!Frank B.

I arrived for my 8:00 reservation at 8:06 and no one answered or was visible. I left the location and received a call back at 8:15 and drove back arriving at 8:24 and had to wait for another person that arrived while I was gone to receive their rental. I received my rental at 8:36. Other than the slow start everything was great and no issues.Charles B.
