Michael was great he saved me after the company canceled reservations on me twice. I made my reservation weeks ago and paid online with my credit card. The reservation was canceled last minute and because I had to use an in town rental instead of the 1 way that I booked, I had to spend over $300 more than my original cost. The people I dealt with on the phone were all good to bad the company couldn't deliver as promised.

Our interaction with Micheal's Upholstery was great. We would definately do business with Michael again. But our u-haul online experience was not as expected. We selected our preferred pick-up location to be San Luis Mini Storage, 445 Prado Rd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 when we placed our order, since that was our starting point. The copy of the order we received, via email, indicated our preferred location, but the reservation was switched to Atascadero (which caused us to have to drive almost 40 miles round trip in order to take the trailer back). The online ordering was confusing, it should have said the trailer wasn't available at the Prado Rd. San Luis Obispo location, like it did for several other SLO locations.
