Debra H.Drop off was a bit frustrating. The location we were told to drop off doesn't have a parking lot and was closed Saturday at 2pm. We called the number and left a voicemail, but never heard back. There were U-Haul vans parked in an adjoining parking lot so we left the trailer there. Instructions were not clear and no hours of operations were ever told to us.
