Did not have an issues with the employees at location. I would not recommend Uhaul it cost quite a bit more than expected And because the drop off website messed up my when trying to follow website directives. The website is awful

The 15' truck I rented was in poor condition. The roof leaked and destroyed sentimental items and expensive items. Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

We did not have a plug to check the lights on the trailer when we picked it up but were informed by the representative that all were working. When we did hook up the trailer with lights, half of the bulbs on the left side were not working. The right blinker did not work at all. Upon traveling down the highway, the left bulb jarred loose and we had to wire it shut.

Make sure the truck is where the customer wants to pick it up from. I requested a 10' truck two weeks in advance out of the Reed City area and two days before I was to pick it up it was changed to Big Rap;ids. Then, when I went to pick the truck up in Big Rapids, they did not have the 10' truck I requested and had to take the 15' truck or travel 6 more miles to get the original truck I expected. Big run around and very disappointing as I have only used U-haul twice in my life and it happened both times.

Improve the drop off process. U-haul had made it difficult. I stayed at the new location and my man took the truck back. I couldn't check it in from this location. THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. No fault of Michigan Maintenance.

You should be more open about the $100 deposit using cash or card. Having the trucks advertise $20, is a bit misleading. Also i was told if i use my card i wouldnt have the deposit. Luckily i had the money on it to do so anyways.

I rented and returned In a 24 hour period a 6' X 12' cargo trailer. The gentleman at this location helped me hook up the trailer and also disconnect once I returned it. I asked him if there was anything that I needed to do once I dropped it off. He said no, and that I was all set. A couple days ago I get a new Invoice for a week long rental of the trailer and they use my CC that I had paid for the trailer to begin with. I called and he assured me that I would be taken care of, and that it might be a computer glitch. This should be looked into. I was not very pleased with this situation. Regards,

Having to use my phone to check in and pick up the vehicle was quite cumbersome. In order to do this you need good WiFi. I did not have a strong WiFi signal so renting the van in this manner was a bit frustrating. Face to face service is much easier and preferred.

I like this location because i have used them in the past. This experience was not great, but that had nothing to do with this location, it had to do with the phone checkin. I did after hours pickup and it was difficult to get the site to load and I was not made aware ahead of time that they would need 2 references to call on the spot. I was not able to make people aware they would be called, and one did not answer, making the process longer. I also did not like the after hours return method. It was a difficult process to figure out how to get the website to work and download the pictures. I would take the picture and then it would not download because the pictures were too big (which I figured out after 15-20 minutes of being frustrated). I will never use the after hour service for UHAUL again.

My only complaint is that my phone number was not entered into the system, I did not get follow up information on my email or on a text. It connected back to a previous UHaul rental that had my brothers info. He got the contact info not me the renter the one who paid and I gave only my info

We had an issue with self check in as my phone battery needed to be replaced. It was taken care of by Ed Skodak who helped make it happen with no issues.

The floors in back of truck were very slippery and we almost fell several times. When using in states where weather gets cold, that surface is dangerous. Couldn't you resurface your trucks for customer safety?

Pulled trailer 2 hours to pick up range and door would only open about 8 inches. Took 40 minutes to open - poorly maintained door cable bracket was unbolted and jammed in door track. Overall door operation and condition was marginal. Very dissatisfied.

Trailer broke down while I was using it. Broke down for over 11 hours. Look at all the phone calls to your service department. Service department was very very very poor service to me. You have my phone number and I will give you details. I should have the rental fee return to me.

Please refund the $20 after hours fee. (I didn't receive a text to allow for self checkout) I have a major problem with them flying a US Flag upside down!! I've had family members die in service and I cannot stand this disrespectful message. I noticed this when I returned the truck. If I had noticed it prior, I wouldn't have rented from this location. I am shocked that any public business would behave in this manner.
