I would not recommend the truck transmission kept slipping. I had to have a 26foot one and only wanted a 20ft . Was way to big for what I wanted. Couldn't even get in driveway so had to carry stuff far distance to load. Not happy at all.MICHELLE M.

The battery was dead upon arrival. The transmission shifts erratically and harsh. I only drove it 24 miles and I would have been scared to drive it a longer distance due to the way that the transmission acted.Daniel M.

I was shocked to see a maintenance charge on my credit card without any communication to me even though I asked if everything was all good to go. It is a small site . Maybe the guy needs the money. I felt and still do feel taken advantage of as it was in my opinion clean . He never even opened it while I was there. Not a very good way to do business.Patrick F.

Be a little clearer about drop off times on the other end. Be better about scheduling help services as well as I was charged an extra 100 dollars because of a scheduling conflict between Uhaul and the movers.Bobbie S.

Self checkout was difficult because I did not receive a code number through my email so that I could properly check truck back in. I watched the video but was not able to complete the process. 9.5 mpg on a 15 ft U-Haul? My 2000 37 ft V-10 RV gets 14 mpg! 168 dollars to go less than 450 miles! I will never recommend or use U-Haul ever again! I reported this last week and asked for a reply from a CSR and haven't received anything as of yet, so that says to me that my business doesn't matter. Would love to receive a call back or at least some sort of communication but I won't hold my breath.Jeffery M.

The guy called day before my res and pushed pick up back from 10am to 10:30. I arrived at 10:35, sign on the door said he'd be back at 11. He finally got there about 11:10, no apologies offered. Trailer was not swept out and had a pile of wadded up blankets in it that I did not order. I have rented dozens of trucks and trailers, never had an issue. I was NOT impressed by this guy.Shari P.

We got paper work to return the equipment at a certain time and date but was being harassed to have it return by a different time. If not, there were going to be legal issues amd cops would be called out for stolen equipmentRonda B.

My reservation meant nohting had to drive 75 miles each way to get trailer i reserved weeks earlier, Your web site wouldn't work to return the trailer and a week later i get a text and e mail saying that i hadn't returned it. I couldn't figure out how to do a self check in when I dropped off the truck on Sunday so I could save $20. I had created an account after I made my reservation and it didn't have anything in my account when I went to self check it in.STEVEN RONALD N.
Trailer I used was badly damaged before I used it. The fender walls were cracked. .broke up....the brackets used rusted an hard to use due rust...I suggested to the site owner u may want to retire this car hauler an get repairs done before used again. I took before pics I used it. It did job but thank God only had go like 40miles when used it.HOLLY DORIS S.
My only concern is that there is a For Sale sign on the property. It would be a loss to the city to lose this commercial business. The customer service for my rental van was excellent! The van was a low-mileage, clean vehicle.Susan B.

My experience was a nightmare. I was told I only needed to add a conversion for a two inch ball. After 10 days, they still were waiting for a nut and our time to move had come. We decided to use a different car, the hitch did not come in and wouldn't come for another 2 weeks but had been charged to credit card. We went back to original car but still no nut AND they had forgotten I should have a lightings harness. Couldn't get from Uhaul so they ordered from a local auto store. Finally got new hitch assembly at a higher cost and had installed after 6 hrs. Then found out the higher cost of trailer as they hadn't really quoted a price though I had told him what I thought the price would be as I had looked on line but he said I must have been mistaken. At this point we were desperate to get moved as we had interviews to get to. Moving is hard enough with out the uncertain times lines for hitches and not knowing parts I needed. Once had correct hitch and trailer attached we got moved and the return was easy. I still am not sure the final cost of hitch, harness and ball.JILL G.

The facility itself was filthy. I've seen junk yards look better than this. The gentlemen was nice enough. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Although...I was promised my refund by Monday when the truck was dropped off Sunday. Unfortunately, the transaction wasn't closed out and refund issued until Thursday making us have to wait up to 3-5 more business days to receive the remainder due to us.SAMUEL ALLEN C.
