Juliana was amazing! She was courteous, professional, helpful, and most of all understanding. She made this the best U haul experience we have ever had and we rent 3-4 times a year. My reservation was set to pick up at this location. Spent over half an hour therr before being told they didn't have what I reserved and I had to go to somewhere else. I was charged more than what the reservation quoted. When we tried to return the equipment, there was nobody there to help. Spent over an hour waiting for someone to arrive that could wait on us. We had to get help unhitching the trailer from a random customer. None of the staff would help.

Bruce CPerson was totally friendly and not to blame other than maybe training and or really bad tablet/software. It took over an hour to get rentals after I had already reserved and put in all the vehicle information and she still had to re-enter all my information twice. Seems like when I returned the equipment in another state the local rep just called UHaul support and had them enter receipt of equipment as he had problems too.
