The vehicle was overall clean but did have an odor of cigarette smoke in it. The drivers mirror was loose and wobbled when the door closed or you hit a bump and the brakes need to be changed as the vehicle shook when you hit them. The location was convenient but the 24/7 online system was not easy to use. We needed to wait for the store to open to finish our check in and confirm our check out because the app was not working!

everything went fine
Chuck BJuliana was amazing! She was courteous, professional, helpful, and most of all understanding. She made this the best U haul experience we have ever had and we rent 3-4 times a year. Wish some of your other dealers could see how rentals should be. Please let her know how grateful we are to have used Sippy Flats.
Beth FMy reservation was set to pick up at this location. Spent over half an hour therr before being told they didn't have what I reserved and I had to go to somewhere else. I was charged more than what the reservation quoted. When we tried to return the equipment, there was nobody there to help. Spent over an hour waiting for someone to arrive that could wait on us. We had to get help unhitching the trailer from a random customer. None of the staff would help.
