My experience was a nightmare. I was told I only needed to add a conversion for a two inch ball. After 10 days, they still were waiting for a nut and our time to move had come. We decided to use a different car, the hitch did not come in and wouldn't come for another 2 weeks but had been charged to credit card. We went back to original car but still no nut AND they had forgotten I should have a lightings harness. Couldn't get from Uhaul so they ordered from a local auto store. Finally got new hitch assembly at a higher cost and had installed after 6 hrs. Then found out the higher cost of trailer as they hadn't really quoted a price though I had told him what I thought the price would be as I had looked on line but he said I must have been mistaken. At this point we were desperate to get moved as we had interviews to get to. Moving is hard enough with out the uncertain times lines for hitches and not knowing parts I needed. Once had correct hitch and trailer attached we got moved and the return was easy. I still am not sure the final cost of hitch, harness and ball.JILL G.

The facility itself was filthy. I've seen junk yards look better than this. The gentlemen was nice enough. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Although...I was promised my refund by Monday when the truck was dropped off Sunday. Unfortunately, the transaction wasn't closed out and refund issued until Thursday making us have to wait up to 3-5 more business days to receive the remainder due to us.SAMUEL ALLEN C.

Picked up the truck, it had a flat tire, gas gauge wasn't accurate, the A/C didn't work, 0% oil life, and then I had to drive cross country in it. Safe to say I'll never use uhaul again.Heather A.

I reserved the equipment on-line. The website directed me to this location. On my way there, I was surprised to see the store so soon. I went into the store and the owner said he had the equipment I needed. I replied "I should say so since I reserved it on-line. He checked and had no record. I checked my confirmation and it was a store 20 miles further down the road. Your website needs to include all available equipment that is closest to my location. I drove straight through from Crossett, Ark to Big Rapids, Mi on 07-15-21. I dropped the trailer off on Friday 07-16-21 and was assisted by employee who was moving a truck in lot. Now I have received a late fee claim showing the the return was not recorded until 07-19-21 at 1:47 pm, about 2 hours and 20 minutes after the 5 days was up. I got home too late to call tonight, but definitely will tomorrow.Matthew S.

Gas gauge wouldn't respond when trying to fill up gas to half tank. Waited and waited and ended up over filling vehicle to 3/4 tank.. malfunctioning/delayed has gauge Also, drop off location experience wasnt well. Wouldn't let me check out after hours online or my app. Was trying to check out myself to avoid $20 check out fee. Wouldn't work for me, cost me additional money. Not happy about that either. The gentleman was very nice. The location is not convenient at all to main roads. The facility itself is clearly in need of help. The clerks desk was a cluttered mess, his credit card machine did not function and the room was filled with books, movies, machines all for sale. You need to see it to believe it.Peter K.
