Service was great with the truck was dusty and not wiped down. I immediately took my clothes off to wash after driving that dirty truck. Other than that service was great at this location!

Sabrina C.Prices for rental was okay. The only issue I have. Is vehicle not having gas already. A customer shouldn't have to rent the truck equipment and put gas in those vehicles. At least the company should make sure the tank is on full or half before given to a customer. Customer already have alot on there plate.

DARYL L.I used the app to check in and return the truck. That was a nightmare. The many photos needed, the rejected photos, oh my goodness. I won't be doing that again. I wasted half an hour trying to get the truck. And, no one could help me once I started the express check-in process. I was on my own.

CYNTHIA A.Uhaul didn't have my truck (that I requested a month before) in stock at my location, so I had to drive about 10 miles away to get it, which ultimately put me over the allotted mileage and I had to pay $1/mile over. Don't use their contactless pickup, it is the worst. It took my half an hour to get my truck with all the steps they make you do, all the while standing in front of a storage place on 8 mile in Detroit! Not the safest place to be.

Nicole D.Location staff were very helpful and accommodating. Office/store is up a set of stairs, so a little less convenient for carrying out stacks of boxes. I used phone-based pick-up and drop-off of truck during hours when location was closed. That process was more cumbersome than expected (perhaps as first-time user of process), but it worked to get the truck when we needed it.
