Prices for rental was okay. The only issue I have. Is vehicle not having gas already. A customer shouldn't have to rent the truck equipment and put gas in those vehicles. At least the company should make sure the tank is on full or half before given to a customer. Customer already have alot on there plate.Barbara B.

I returned the uhual same day within 7 hours and with more gas and uhual tries to charge me for a 8 day late fee. Not to mention the truck did not arrive on time or with the amount of gas it was suppose to have upon pick up poor customer service and a major inconvenience!stephen W.

I used the app to check in and return the truck. That was a nightmare. The many photos needed, the rejected photos, oh my goodness. I won't be doing that again. I wasted half an hour trying to get the truck. And, no one could help me once I started the express check-in process. I was on my own.Gregory S.

Uhaul didn't have my truck (that I requested a month before) in stock at my location, so I had to drive about 10 miles away to get it, which ultimately put me over the allotted mileage and I had to pay $1/mile over. Don't use their contactless pickup, it is the worst. It took my half an hour to get my truck with all the steps they make you do, all the while standing in front of a storage place on 8 mile in Detroit! Not the safest place to be.James L.

I was told counter check out and waited an hour until someone told me I have to do it automated through the app. Then driving between 45-60 the truck would shake real bad. I either had to go under the speed limit or overGilaad S.

Location staff were very helpful and accommodating. Office/store is up a set of stairs, so a little less convenient for carrying out stacks of boxes. I used phone-based pick-up and drop-off of truck during hours when location was closed. That process was more cumbersome than expected (perhaps as first-time user of process), but it worked to get the truck when we needed it.Steven T.

The time it takes to log on to verify who you are before taking the vehicle and then when returning the vehicle takes away from the time you request to use the vehicle. For example, I request the use a truck for four hours. The process to pick it up took about 25 minutes via cellphone. If I return it back four hours from that point and then went through the process of doing the return on my cellphone, which took about 20 minutes, my return would have been late. Which I assume would cost me extra fees.Terrence W.

The facility was locked at the time of my pick-up. My and several other customers were forced to wait for several hours while they unlocked the building. It was extremely costly and inconvenient. I was completely blindsided by my charges. All my charger came out to 56 dollars which is what I was charged for my rental including fees. Then I get a bill with an added $40 in my email and my account is just charged. I have never experienced this surge in cost at any other uhaul location I've ever used. I would have never chosen this location if I knew that. My vehicle was returned. Full, clean, and on time. I'm just overall dissapointed, I've made longer trips and been charged less. Not happy with the lack of communication, how do you tell me 56 dollars then charge me almost 100.Stanley T.
