More accurate readings on Miles, I was overcharged.. never received the information to complete the mileage update.. I expressed I went over by 2 but she stated more will never use again .. not sure why

The people were friendly and helpful. We had trouble using the verification code, we had to put it in 5× and still couldn't. We just put the keys in the box and I had to go up there the next day. Wbich was inconvenient. Other then that it was nice.
