I don't have any suggestions for improvement at this location. This was a smooth transaction and the company went out of their way to help us by opening early so we could make our appointment on time. Sara coordinated my reservation, pick up and drop off very well. Her kindness was remarkable. I'll use this u haul location again and will highly recommend their services to others. Top job!!
