Don't tell customers that trailer can be dropped off at any u-haul location. I did and was charged for three extra days, even though I returned it a day early.

I don't have any suggestions for improvement at this location. This was a smooth transaction and the company went out of their way to help us by opening early so we could make our appointment on time.
