CHARLES BThe drop off location was unreliable. Midtown Tire LLC stated on their website that they were open on Mondays but were closed on arrival. No one was available to answer the phone. Do not lie on your website stating that your opened on Monday when your not.

Theodoris SI have always used this location. This time I was given a dirty truck infested with roaches. I noticed after I had loaded the truck halfway. The ramp had about 20-30 dead roaches when I looked closely. I had to stop and go buy bombs and bug spray totaling 36.00. I called the office and let them know what occurred and all I received was We will make a note of it and it was probably a drop off that was not cleaned. I do not have roaches and have never seen anything like that in the 30 years I have used Uhaul. I will spray my new house weekly just to make sure nothing enters my home. I am so disappointed.

JENNIFER WI wouldn’t recommend because I had it for less than 12 hours (8:45am-4:21pm) and was charged for 24 hours. I topped of the gas it started 238 I put it at 240.

RONEY TThe passenger side mirror is broken. Mirror faces passenger door. Can not push out to use mirror. Has electrical tape around it. Mirrors are a 100% must have when backing a uhaul truck . That was the only truck they had. Had to drive and reverse with very small spot mirror. This is just unsafe and need repaired.
JERRY AMy reservation was for one location and then three days before your reservation office called to move it further away from where I was going. When I arrived at the new pick up location, they didn’t have the trailer size I reserved. After 30 mins of calling a phone number and talking with someone a man came out of the building and hooked up my trailer. When I asked if I had to bring it back to this location he said no. Once I dropped off the trailer at the location where I was renting a storage unit, I never received a final invoice. A day later I called and they said the trailer was never returned. When I finally got an invoice it was still wrong. I still have not call to fix it.

donta sThe pick up location was fine. The problem was I booked my truck 3 weeks out and kept getting confirmation emails about the pick up location I chose closest to my house. 2 hours before, there wasn’t a truck at that location! Only truck in town was 35 min away!! Why pick your location and book in advance if it doesn’t matter! So frustrating. Uhaul needs a better system not to over book. All the agent said was the 10’ trucks are in high demand. I said, that’s why I booked 3 weeks ago!

patrick fThe on line instructions weren't clear that you had to call the number on the huge wall. I signed up for self check in but it didn't work. However, EVERYone we encountered was very courteous and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

chermeco ti have no complaints, i needed to extend my rental and it went like a breeze. the location is central to where i was moving from and to where i was moving to...quick and convenient.
Brenda SThe rental was great, I just didn't like the return process. I had to complete a return during closed hours, but I didn't understand how Uhaul would know that I returned the truck on time. And I was concerned with being billed more than I actually owed. Other than my lack of understanding, everything was great.

Vincent EPosted hours were 9:00 AM open. On the day of service (12/26) the shop opened at 9:30, and I could not get my rental truck until 10:00. On the day after Christmas this is understandable, but I wish I had known in advance. I had made an online reservation for a truck and a utility dolly, but the rental guy could not find it. No dolly, but a truck was available. I would rate the service as very good, under the circumstances.
