LASHONDA FI was over charged. I was charged for a cleaning fee when I got the uhual it wasn’t clean it actually was just returned. When I got it to the location to load opened the back it was dead roaches and a few moving roaches too. I went to Walmart bought some roach spray and gloves. I sprayed the truck down swept it and mopped it. I swept and mopped it upon returning. I was told I would get a call back with how much money would go back to my card. Never got the call. Almost a week later I contact my bank who said to contact uhual I did and I have been given the run around. Still awaiting a managers call back. I do not recommend uhual to anyone.
