Filling out the return report was annoying and a hassle. Every time it directed me to take a picture, I had to exit the browser to open my camera. Then going back to the browser,I would have to restart the process. Every single time. I'm not going to waste time like that again or suffer a convenience fee.STUART H.

When I got there I wasn't told they don't take cash, luckily my friend had a credit card with them. The Uhaul truck was parked in a bad spot to pull out, had to go between a van parked 5ft away and a huge pothole dip in the sidewalk that lead to the busy main street which happens to be at a traffic light, couldn't see to my right pulling out so had no clue if traffic was coming or not. That is very dangerous this needs to be looked into, had someone hot me they would of said it was my fault eventhough any person pulling out from that back spot wouldn't be able to see anything to the right coming from that traffic light. And the gas meter kept jumping around so you don't know exactly how much gas you've really used, that needs to be checkedRAKESHA H.

The online check in process was kinda complicated nut i figured it out.. I dropped it off the same day and they were closeed and had to use the online drop off but everything turned out well.donnie J.
Trying to charge me 180.00 for 4 hrs or less of use because the gas was a hairline off of a quarter tank and a lil dirt was in back when truck was dirty not clean and now I can't get refunded my 40.00 never will use again and I won't advise no one else to use uhaulREGINA L.

Everything went well except for the truck I wanted was not there. I ordered the big truck and ended up with a smaller truck and had to take three trips instead of one. But the people was kind and courteous and friendly. and I should have got a bigger discount since I had to take three trips instead of one.TRUMAN C.
I came in at 10PM and dropped off the key - I went back in the morning and saw the instructions for check-in. The app got to the step where I could add my dashboard photo. I had taken one the night before but the app did not have the option to upload it. So, I called after they opened. It took 2 more follow up phone calls to finish up the return. The North Bend location was cool. But I reserved the Spring Grove Uhaul location. When I arrived to pick up my truck with a dolly, my truck was not there. I had to relocate to a different Uhaul location which was a inconvenience plus it added extra mileage to my move. I was not happy with that part of my experience. In addition I was not compensated for the inconvenience. I would appreciate a call from management regarding my bad experiences. Thank youSHELLY P.

I paid for a dolly and no dolly was in the truck. I was charged $75 after turning the truck in for a dolly. I contacted Midwest Tire and they did follow up to make sure that that charge is removed and my money is refunded.Karla D.
