Truck was gross and dirty. We had to clean it before we could use it. The cab was stinking.

It took 1/4 of a bottle of windex and 1/2 a roll of paper towels to clean the windshield and windows to avoid glare. The floor of the truck was sandy and the hand truck was thrown into the truck with sandy wheels. The moving blankets were just thrown in, so it was not clear I got all 24, but I did luckily. The truck was returned way cleaner and neater than I got it, but I guess you have all the power of fines. The wipers were dry and skipped across the windshield even in the rain. Also, they marked the tank as Full and it was down at least 6 gallons. The only reason I'm rating this average, is because the A/C worked and the truck didn't break down. :(

The trip started badly as UHaul changed my original reservation to pick up at All-Pro Auto in Middleburg. When I arrived early Saturday morning I saw that All-pro is not open on weekends! I called UHaul and the only available rental close was Middleburg Power Equipment. I had to take a much bigger vehicle but the people were super nice. Everything went well from this point on.
