There was a little confusion over the drop off location, which I believe is the same as the pick-up location.

The Middlebury U-Haul is first rate. He took away all the anxiety about logistics. If owners like this were available at every stop, I wouldn't hesitate to drive across country. The 15' bed truck was very new and drove very easily. The big rear view mirrors make backing up and lane changes safe and easy. U-Haul has been around a long time, and it's now obvious to me why: great people & equipment, reasonable price, and they fill a real need.
