ELLEN CDitch the app that requires photos of the vehicle inside and out. It was mostly, but not completely, intuitively obvious yet I still got hung up trying to take one of the required photos. If it had been freezing cold, which it frequently is here, the glitch would not have been tolerable. I had to abandon the process, and was gratefully assured by the manager that all would be okay so I could get on my way.
