Debra AThe owner was super helpful and responsive. The contactless pickup was easy! The only thing that could have been a little clearer is the location of the keys. It seemed from the description that they were in the lockboxes.
emily bThe human services and truck were great, but the location has very poor cell service, making the online pickup and drop off services (in particular the uploading of photos) VERY frustrating, particularly when the site/app says “to avoid additional charges upload the following pictures”.
