The human that worked there was awesome. Lol
PATRICIA OMidgard is concerning with their automated off-site customer service. While the facility is clean and they didn’t do anything wrong, conducting business with someone who is present still matters.
Sara RI don’t want to talk to someone on a screen, and then have to figure out where to get the key, where to find the truck, and upon not finding the truck have to figure out how to get out of the now locked gate. The remote employee idea may be good for you, but it sucks when it comes to customer experience. I also did not like to have to download an app on my phone, which violates my privacy. And then upon a return, the woman on the screen could not help me, could not tell me what to find on the app to get checked back in and was basically clueless about what I needed to do to finish up. Fortunately, there was a live person there, doing something else, who was able to get me squared away. Having to talk to someone on a screen is ridiculous and makes the whole process more time-consuming. I will look elsewhere next time.
FRANKLIN FInsufficient parking. I had to back the truck up to a steep drop off. Getting the necessary pictures for the return process was dangerous.

MICHAEL AI reserved a trailer and a moving dolly, no dolly!! Oh we can’t guarantee a dolly is available just because you reserved it????? WTF, is a reservation?
AIMAN AVirtual assistant was a waste of time.
Terri FU-Haul on the whole really helped us out after the hurricane with the extended rental. We had packed up our life in that truck. The next day hurricane Milton came and flooded our house again, previously from Ian. We were able to save our possessions with minor remediation to our house. Thank you!
CHRISTOPHER ERenting a vehicle with tire problems is human endangerment. Someone from you organization needs to do a safety check in between rentals.
ANDREW FI was not informed prior to this rental that my truck wasnt available when I made the reservation. Also they left me with 3/16 of a tank left which is 27 miles of gas left. Not a fan of virtual assistants and self serving options.
PHILIP Lonly issue was, supposed to be lock box for key in back of uhaul, only the key was there, no lock box, small issue, great equipment thanks,

sean mDropped off after hours. No one was there. What pissed me off was the "stick it to you fee" that that location tried to employee. I got the uhaul on "E" and returned it with 3/8 of a tank. Whomever process the check in the next day, TRIED to apply a $29 fee for lack of fuel. Shady operation at this location. How often do this location try this BAD BUSINESS TACTIC? Uhual should review that locations checkin record and see if they are TAKING ADVANTAGE of customers. If more than twice in a 6 month period .... REVOKE their dealership agreement for the good of Uhaul and the customer.
Roger DOnce truck delivered inside gate— there was no key pad inside to get out to get to my car parked outside. Had to call friend to punch in code outside to get me to my car. How about small credit to my charges for this INCONVENIENCE?

brian qThe app is terrible, it took me almost 30 minutes to get the truck and just over 30 minutes to return it. An hour wasted on a day that was already tight for time.
Bryan BGas tank was empty upon pick up. Bed of truck was filthy and full of hundreds of black ants. We had to purchase ant spray and then in addition to that, bomb our new home with ant killer to ensure it was not spread from truck to home. Unacceptable. I will never rent from here again nor refer anyone.
Jason BThere was no real person there to help. It was all virtual. Not good for customer service. Wanna go virtual then do both. Have a live person too. My husband left his hat in the truck and I called there and the person that answered was not physically at the location and had no way of contacting anyone to help me. Terrible. I had someone drive to retrieve the hat. Luckily it was still there. Not a happy camper.

Gail SNEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION EVER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE WHERE THERE ARE SOME ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS This location provided terrible service from the second you walk in the door. The office has no working central air. The inside temperature was unbearable. Secondly every interaction with a person was through a computer screen. The service representatives were unable to do anything. They had the wrong gate codes so when I was finished checking in I couldn't even get my vehicle. I was given poor instructions on where my truck was located in the back. I had to go wander around only to find it hidden in the very back of the property with no other uhaul vehicles. When it came time to return my vehicle they said that they were unable to help with my actual return and that I would have to use "the app". I understand that SOME people may not want to deal with person to person interaction but that is not me.

DAVID GTerrible experience. No warning that an agent wasnt on site. Spent 1.5 hrs picking up. Very little help from customer service. Bad business model. AlwAys tell a customer if they must download app & badically do the job themselves. I will be leaving a public review.

JORGE VWent to location to rent trailer, virtual person told me they do not rent trailers from that location due to no person there. Went home booked the trailer online for that location and went there the next day got the trailer. When I returned later that day I was told cannot drop it off there due to person was not available and I would have to go to another location. Since I already unhooked trailer myself they had me go through the checkout process. You can rate this experience.

Kim GThe Uhaul representative was friendly, upbeat, personable, and extremely helpful. He hooked up the trailer, quickly and efficiently and I was on my way. I didn't have to lift a finger. The trailer was great. The whole experience was quick, easy and very pleasant from start to finish.
Thomas BOn the video specify that you have to fill up fuel t what you had at pickup. Very unclear, that cost me 15.00 more money. Overall very disappointing the smart app pickup. In future will set up with a person. Oh yeh and they switched actual pick up locations last minute. Overall, 2 stars out of 5 rating. Dissatisfied with uhaul experience.

Francis WCONTRACT NO# 75007776 What was contracted was for a small 4 x 8 pick up truck with a motorcycle trailer. What I received was a MOVING TRUCK. WHEN ENTERING THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON THE STEERING WAS TERRIBLE AND I WAS TRAVELING FROM NAPLES TO MIAMI FLORIDA. THE VEHICLE THAT WAS RENTED TO ME SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE ROAD. IT WAS VERY UNSAFE. I NEVER USED IT. IT PUT TREMENDOUS STRESS ON ME BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE THAT I WANT TO RENT, IT WAS NEVER SUPPLIED.
