The u haul shook pretty bad everytime I hit the breaks and pulled to the right hard I had to drive 13 hours like this…. And it had extremely low tire pressure when I picked it up

TERRY MLocation should have clear signage for their office area for customers that are having difficulty. The woman who did help us tried her best and was confused just as we were but she did indeed get us taken care of and on our way. I am very thankful for her! Virtual assistant is only good when the issue is minor. There should be an option to speak with a live person. The interior of the vehicle was dirty and the inside windshield was extremely dirty. The driver's window whistled the entire trip no matter what we did. Everytime we turned off the truck we were worried it wouldn't start again and it sounded like it was going to die upon start. This was all told at the drop off point. U-Haul it self should tell customers that contact them that renting a vehicle is all done either online and/or with an app.

curt gThe reason we would not recommend U-haul is for the reasons stated above & has nothing to do with the drop-off location. The location was clean & the male who helped us was professional. We voiced concern about being over-charged for mileage, as stated above, & he said there was nothing he could do about it, saying we would have to take it up with U-haul directly. U-haul did not allow us adequate mileage to get from one location to the other & charged us an additional amount. None of that was told to me when I booked the truck originally.
Martha HDouble check that the moving items ordered by a customer are actually available in the truck. As promised before the customer comes to pick it up! I did not receive the appliance dolly and I did not receive any moving blankets. I now have to buy an upholstery cleaner for two of my ivory colored chairs because they got dirty from inside of truck. With the help of the live customer service, I wasn't charged for those items 🙂 but it would have been nice to have them

Youn return of the vehicle office was closed Lisa quickly closed out everything wheen returning to work the next opened day! She was such a pleasure to work with! She deserves a raise!

George AThe check in process on the phone was horribly long, the instructions were unclear on how to access the key so had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes for a call back, only to be told to find the office. The lady at the office was rude and not the most helpful.

Anthony CThe original place we were to drop off was too full so the owner Leanne told us to take it to Midgard. Unfortunately, they were closed as it was a Sunday! But I dropped off the trailer and truck, took pics and left keys in drop box. I. Allen Monday morning and spoke with a very lovely woman who confirmed the drop off. She was training a new employee so she said she’d check it in within 20 minutes. Which she did as I received a checked in email. Thank you for your polite and expeditious service! Samantha

Roderick BI was scheduled to pick up from 3050 S HWY 17, GARDEN CITY, SC 29576 / towing people. They messed up and then cussed me out for calling their number to get help. I was told they’d come meet me at 9am the next day and they never showed. They also refused to answer the phone. Awful!!!!!

Karyssa CYour front office person was unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. You did not have the blankets I ordered or the very important dolly that I needed and then after my 26 mile round trip you charged me $21 for gas - absolutely ridiculous, will never use U-haul again.
Matt DStarted with only 1/8 of a tank of gas. I understand that is what the prior renter turned in, but might want to insist that every client put at least 1/4 of a tank in so next renter doesn't have to worry about gas immediately.

bernard cEducate the staff. The system seemed very different to process. We waited over 70mins to rent a uhaul even thought we called ahead to reserve. Then we were still overcharged.

Don MOn this rental I was charged for fuel. When returned, the fuel level was at 7/8 and I feel It was a Mis-read at check-in by your agent and wrongly charging me. Please credit this charge back to my credit card.

James MLocation confusing. Uhaul lot is across road from designated drop off address and there was no clear indication the noted address was the proper drop off site. No clearly designated uhaul key drop box.
PAUL GMuch more professional than In Moneta, VA. Hope U-Haul remembers to give me extra mileage for driving to Murrills Inlet. And I left extra gas in 26ft truck.
