Double check that the moving items ordered by a customer are actually available in the truck. As promised before the customer comes to pick it up! I did not receive the appliance dolly and I did not receive any moving blankets. I now have to buy an upholstery cleaner for two of my ivory colored chairs because they got dirty from inside of truck. With the help of the live customer service, I wasn't charged for those items 🙂 but it would have been nice to have them
