Terrible service. According to U-haul app the place opens an 9am. I made 10' truck reservation at 9.30. When I arrived the office was closed. I called the phone number which was on the door. Lady said someone will be there shortly in 15-20 minutes. Of course no one appeared in 15-20 minutes (even in 1 hour). I called them again but nobody picked up the phone. And I checked in online, but system didn't give me access code for the lockbox. Instead of that there was note Please go to the office. But office was closed! I called U-haul directly and they gave me access code for the lockbox. But there was key for 15' truck, not 10' one I needed. I said I'm ok with 15' but I won't pay more. 10' rate is $19.95, 15' - $29.95. U-haul agent confirmed they won't charge me more, because I reserved 10' truck. Finally I was able to take 15' truck. In 3.5 hours I received voice message from local office and they said they have missed call from my number. It means someone appeared only in 4+ hours after official opening time! When I return the truck the office was closed again. I checked out online and U-haul app showed my receipt. The was $29.95 rate instead of $19.95. I made note that I don't agree with amount. A few days later they sent me final receipt with $29.95 rate. I called them and explained everything 3 times, because every time they transferred me. Finally one agent promised to refund $10 difference and $5 discount. Will see. Again. Terrible service. I wasted 1 hour of my time during pick up and 1 hour to settle the final amount. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
