They never inspected trailer with me. Forgot to give me pads. When I stated I ordered more pads than I needed, was. told "I don't know how to give you credit for some ". When I dropped the trailer off the roof was damaged. That should have been noted at origin.

The back of the truck was actually not that clean. Somebody must have moved when it was wet... we had to mop the dried mud out of the back. It was light, but we still needed to clean out before we put our stuff in. Not a very big deal.

Location is clean and welcoming, the staff was very helpful upon rental pick up, the truck was available on short notice and met all of my needs. However, I was mischarged for some pads I never ordered or utilized, and for gasoline, even though I had filled the tank back to the original spot before returning the truck. I rented the truck for two hours on a Saturday, received my receipt for including the overage and in return I emailed my fuel receipt and objections to the customer service email address on my final receipt. It is now Wednesday at midnight and I have not heard nothing back from customer service about reimbursement for the overcharges. Advice I'd give others… Take your own picture of the gas gauge at the start of your rental and if pads are in the truck, give them to the attendant so there is no chance of confusing your charges.

I was double charged. At pickup you said I needed to get it back so you could rent it out the following morning. I got it back the same day, about 12 hours after renting it and 8 hrs before your next rental but I was charged for a second day. 2 days worth of fees for a 12 hr rental that's not good business.

I had an initial reservation that the pickup location was changed. This added 22 miles on my rental! I had an 8 am pick up at the new location. Right away I noticed the moving pads and dolly were not in the truck. I had to wait until 9am for the pickup facility to open. I did get the pads but they didn't have a utility dolly for me to use. I am a little frustrated with this rental. I have used U haul several times in the past. Is there any credit that could apply to my card? Thank you Karsten Reece, Karrs30@yahoo.com

We rented a U-haul from Denver to Pittsburgh, one-way for 5 days. The location we requested from was 5 minutes from my son's residence. U-haul shafted us at the last minute and said we had to pick it up in Brighton (50 minutes away) which added an additional hour and 40 minutes to our trip. No discount. They added extra miles. U-haul did us wrong and all the workers could regurgitate was, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". Called the corporate number and got the same response, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." U-haul has piss poor customer service. If you can find any other company to rent from, I would recommend it. I will never use U-haul again in my life and I will go out of my way to not use them. This was NOT where I had reservations for the trailer. This is the second time in a month that UHaul reservations were useless and I had to go to a different location to get my trailer. I made this reservation over 2 weeks prior to the pickup date. In addition, for this rental, I drove 750 miles to get a trailer only to be advised that UHaul had CANCELLED MY RENTAL! I called the Customer Service and they found this trailer, but I had to drive 80 miles round trip to get this trailer. In my opinion, UHaul owes me for doing their job and for the fuel used to do their job to get the trailer to the customer. I don't understand how you can call it a reservation and then not honor the reservation. Apparently, reservations mean NOTHING!
