The location seemed clean and organized, although we had no interaction with staff. Our issue was with the communication prior to and throughout the pickup with U-HAUL. All communication leading up to pickup showed another location. When we arrived at pickup, our rental was not available. The first representative stated that the app and email hadn’t updated but that someone “should have called us”. We then were advised to drive to another location. It took several calls to customer service to get to correct location and locate truck. We were told by customer service that our truck was parked in parking lot- picture supplied via app also showed this. It was parked across the street parallel to road. We were given a truck number and had to walk around until we located it. The added time (it took just over an hour to complete pickup and added 20 minutes to our drive home) and confusion definitely voided any convenience of contactless pickup. We asked for extended time and mileage compensation and we were given 5 miles and an hour extension. Mind numbing is my husband’s response to this situation.

Ashwin Cthe lock on the back ? i wrote down combo I opened it , locked up for the night the next day got to destination could not get lock to open, called verified combo , after a 1/2 hr of all of us trying to open , finally opened and the word wasnt the same as they said or verified, just letting you know, other than that everythin was great
RONALD NI was charged 2 day rental and only used it one day. Dropped off key to box on Saturday afternoon coz no one was around to get the keys. I was also charged for 2 days of insurance.
PAUL JThis was NOT the location I chose, I was switched to this location. They did not give me anything in writing, the video agent put my 2nd driver down as the renter, so ALL of the receipts are in my 2nd driver's name instead of mine - when I paid for everything! I was NOT notified that I would be charged $1.00 for each extra mile, instead of the .39 shown on the website, I did NOT sign a contract and agree to that.
