I hated having a video chat person because I like in person. My service was excellent tho anyway. Only problem I had didn't have to do with personal. Truck had check engine light on but didn't come on right away so customer would have had to share. Same for fuel shut off not working.

There were no personnel. My experience overall was terrible. Though mostly related to the glitchy app and not the location. However having no one available for help was terrible.

Jeff MThe business was closed the day I returned my uhaul truck. It was the 7th day of my 8 day rental. I left the keys in the drop box. I didn’t call anybody to let them know. (My mistake) My husband, my son and I all got messages or calls saying they wanted to know where the rental was. They hadn’t checked the drop box OR the parking lot BEFORE calling us! They apparently have learned an important lesson about returns! Check the parking lot and drop box, FIRST! SMH!!
Sharon BI've had to rent from U-Haul a few times now... and this was THE fastest, and nicest experience I have had so far. If any of my friends needed a U-Haul, I would recommend this location. Keep it up!!
