Jeff MThe business was closed the day I returned my uhaul truck. It was the 7th day of my 8 day rental. I left the keys in the drop box. I didn’t call anybody to let them know. (My mistake) My husband, my son and I all got messages or calls saying they wanted to know where the rental was. They hadn’t checked the drop box OR the parking lot BEFORE calling us! They apparently have learned an important lesson about returns! Check the parking lot and drop box, FIRST! SMH!!

Brandon PThe truck was not swept clean, and the cab floor was covered with the previous passenger's popcorn! Not so clean.
