If you are a U-Haul dealer, you should be open. Doing everything over phone was not appealing for me.
JONATHAN HTruck was dirty and never cleaned out prior to my rental. U-Haul app did not work for both pick up and drop off of truck. I will only rent in person from now on!
Susan SI rented a truck with the intent of traveling over 100 miles. They provided a truck with only 1/4 tank of gas. That meant I would have to stop twice for fuel. Once to ensure I didn't run out and another to get the level to where I rented it. The virtual people told me the key would be in a black lock box on the side of the building. Open it and then my key would be in #1. We looked around the entire building for about 45 minutes and never saw it. My wife had corporate on the other line trying to get real help. We finally found a small box that had a 1 on the front. It wasn't a black box that you then open and look for the #1 slot, which is what we were told. The "lock" box is set so high that at 5'10" tall I had to get on my tip toes to even see the combination letters. The letters were so worn down that you could barely see it. The lever to open the flange didn't work properly. After a number of attempts it finally opened. They charged me $25 to clean the truck. Since there wasn't anyone around to ask, we had the pile of used blankets in the corner of the truck. We don't know what you do with those after a rental so when asked if it was ready to be rented right away we said NO. We were never told about how to retunr the vehicle or what the process was. We had to go to the app and watch a stupid video. Seriously, If I had wanted to do all of your employees work, I would have a pplied for a job at Uhaul. This self service stuff has gotten out of control.
Gary GThe location is fine. It's UHI I wouldn't recommend and specifically any place that requires you use the app. The app is horrible (F$%$ up) and this location does not staff the facility AT ALL. They only have virtual assistants requiring the use of the app. They also charged me $16 for gas to cover 9 miles driven. The gauge was right where it was when I left and I have photos of before/after to prove it. Yet, they said I used 4 gallons ... FOR NINE MILES. This entire experience was painful and I pray I never need this monopoly again. UHI doesn't care about its customers.

Jacob SI booked this location because it was the closest to our house. Only a couple of days before I was contacted that the location was no longer staffed so our reservation was changed to truck share 24/7. I don't know if this could have been a more miserable experience. It took an hour to pick up the truck, and then dropping off turned into a nightmare. I am incredibly unhappy with this whole experience and will endeavor to not need a usual ever again.
Sharla LYou need more car trailers. I had to drive too far to get this trailer when there were U-haul locations much closer.

Jeffrey SGood morning our customer service at this location was great his name was Jake he handled it very professional and very kind he was awesome but the return that was done at the end of the day at night was not a good experience nothing to do with him he was great but we were two females sitting behind a building in the dark and having to go through the process and it wouldn’t find my location so we were having Technical difficulties which as you know would be worrisome when you’re by yourself and your two girls behind a building late at night having to take pictures in the dark not being able to pay attention to our surroundings I don’t know what you could do to avoid this but the app wasn’t working well and took longer than expected just to drop off But does not reflect the Customer Service of Jake;)

Carleton EI told attendant about LH headlamp module inop , he did not even note it anywhere. He never got out of his chair to check truck back in . Very serious safety concern and nothing was done for next poor customer.

Corey WReceived phone call just before pickup (9am) that trailer left turn/brake light wasn't working and "hadn't had a chance to contact UHaul to have them come and fix it". Had an identical trailer which wasn't due to be picked up until 1pm and we couldn't have that one. Took trailer with no left turn signal/brake light. When we returned at 8:30pm the other trailer that we couldn't have was still sitting there. Will never rent from this facility again. Only attempt to solve problem was "I'll see if I can find another one somewhere for you" which was done almost at time of pickup.
