Paul B.The truck was an absolutel lemon. The transmission jumps wildly at 50-55mph. Which were our top speeds (interstate) throughout the trip. The truck doesn't appear to have issues at lower speeds but there is a major alignment issues that kicks on going over 40mph. THE LOW BEAMS ON THE TRUCK ARE NON EXISTENT. I had to use the high beams for the majority of our trip and the lows were shooting 5 feet into the ground right in front of me. Felt like a death trap. Steering was very loose as well. Major variance in turning the wheel keep the truck straight. I hate to just bitch and moan here but I've used several transport truck throughout my life and so far this one was the absolute worst. Ruined what would have otherwise been a normal move.

DONALD F.The pick up location was very nice, but once again the link did not work. I was supposed to click on the link to drop off the truck, but the location button would not work. It walks you through how to let the app locate yourself, but I went through all the steps and it would still not locate where I was. There is no way to get that point on the app, so once again I was stuck and had to go into the store to complete the drop off. The person was very nice and mentioned that this happens all the time. Why would the link not just let you write down the address of the place you are dropping it off at so that you can continue with then form that you are required to fill out. Either way, they person working was very helpful, but the app needs a lot of work.
Steve C.I cannot say enough about the friendly and professionalism of David and the UHAUL staff at Little River today. I was very impressed with the detail that David went into to explain the process of acquiring the storage that I needed for my cargo. He continually checked back on my progress and even went above and beyond in helping with the arrangements for hotel and dining accommodations during my stay. That quality of service is seldom encountered today, and as a retired IBM middle manager, I am delightfully impressed. Thank you David!!
