The virtual assistant is a bit strange. When we ordered the truck it took awhile for someone to connect, but it was on the weekend. I prefer a local person in the store.

Virtual system was garbage….app not downloading, pics not accessible to app etc, wound up having to have site manager run everything thru his computer. Will never use uhaul again and will tell people to steer clear.
CRAIG LWhere do I begin. Took 4 hours past my rented time to actually get the uhaul. So they had us sitting there at 3am for hours!!! Then the uhaul was all jacked up. It was making a god awful sound. I spent well over 200$ in gas. The mileage kept bouncing around so now they’re charging me for that…. Run from uhaul. Go to Penske or ANYWHERE but uhaul
