The current manager on duty is amazing. She is always willing to help, always working hard and the price is always right. i will never go anywhere else for a u haul truck. Thank you so much!

The app needs updating very laggy lots of error messages and when it’s time to take a picture zoom in and out features need to be available.

IAN K#1 we booked the truck 3 weeks in advance, 4 miles from our house. 24 hours before pick up we received notice that we would have to pick up the truck 20 miles from our home (24/7 pick up). #2 the directions for self service identified which truck # we were to pick up followed by “you will find the key on the lockbox inside the door”. After searching the truck for 5 minutes we called customer service. After chiding us that we received directions by email he repeated the instructions to us and us telling him we were unsuccessful, he apparently pulled up a photo of the location and told my husband “I see the lockbox by the door” (the door of the facility a good 1/2 block from where the truck was parked at the end of the road). #3 the inside of the truck (steering wheel, inside door, etc) were grossly dirty #4 the appliance hand truck we ordered was not present # 5 gas tank was EMPTY

ASHLEE-ANN RThe lady I reserved with in person told me she would meet me at 8:15am (normally opens at 9am), and not to do the app or website. No one met me and I waited 30 minutes before feeling she was not coming. So I went online and found out I could check in that way. A real miscommunication that took 45 minutes out of my schedule.

FRANK WI reserved a Uhaul from a location near my house 24 hours prior to pick up. I received a call 2 hours before my pick up time saying they didn’t have my truck. When I said I needed to move the next morning, I got told that there was nothing they could do and they didn’t even apologize or offer to help me. I asked for the corporate number and they directed me to a scheduling number. That lady was very helpful however the place she sent me to that was 40 minutes away was closed even though Google said they were open until 10pm. Then I had to go another 20 minutes from there to pick up a truck. I finally got it after wasting gas in my personal vehicle and the Uhaul cost me an extra $45 for mileage and extra money in gas for the rental when it could’ve saved me half that in gas. I really think they should not use the 3rd party rentals because their customer service is horrible.

Lisa AMy only complaint about your location is the lack of a person on the property to help the customer. An attendant was there when I checked the vehicle out but not when I returned the rental. The automated system wanted to charge me a $25.00 fee for cleaning. It was not dirty and when I asked to speak with the virtual attendant she said I had to use the Automated system. I waited around for the person in the office to return and she straightened it out immediately and charged me correctly. I know customer service is dead since Covid, but I have worked and are currently working in an area that demands Good Customer Service. You are in the Customer Service Business without good customer service. I would like to go an outfit that actually has people I can speak to, to get my transactions done. I wound up spending almost an hour extra of my time. No one paid me for my time.
CHRISTINE NThe facility itself was great, they always are there. The only thing I would recommend is that the truck itself have someone address the check engine that was always on and the steering has a tendency to "wander" or "drift" a bit while driving. The truck was clean and ran well, but a check engine light always makes me wonder if the truck is going to just give out at any moment. I realize that it is more than likely an emissions issue, but you never can tell. The steering also made it a bit difficult to handle also.

charles hThere was no dolly on my reservation. I paid for it when I checked in on the mobile check in I reflected there was no dolly yet I still got charged for it. I tried to dispute it but it charged me anyway.

The only issue was with the U-Haul app. It did not allow me to check in when trying to pick up the truck on a day Midgard was closed (if the app worked I could have picked up the truck a day earlier). U-Haul phone customer support was courteous and professional, but was unable to correct the issue.

William HMy reservation was switched the night before to this location. I requested an appliance dolly and furniture blankets and didn’t receive either but I was charged for both. The truck smelled of smoke. The truck m’s check engine light was on and it ran poorly.

Frank WHaving fuel in the truck and having the full order ready. Picked up the truck before operating hours and the furniture blankets I ordered were not there. Had to go back during operating hours to pickup. Also, truck had 14 miles until empty on the gas. Staff working there was friendly when I came back to pickup blankets.
Chad WAmber made it convenient for me by allowing me to leave my truck at there location especially that I was moving my things into a storage there.

Jaime GUhaul had garbage in the back, I had to clean it before I used it. Equipment/truck was pretty worn and in poor shape... dirty inside and out.
Richard CThe girls at this location are so nice, and helpful. I literally had to rent a dolly because my car got stuck and I called around, they didn't pick up and then she called me back. Not only did she have the dolly I needed, but she was super nice and made my tragic day so much better. She even gave me coffee.

Jason WThe Truck Was at least 2 Quarts of oil too low. The mirrors were so loose that they are a safety hazard because they would not stay in place. there fore unusable. Tire pressure was low so the steering was wobbly and hard to keep the truck straight. Very poor truck maintenance

I have used other storage units where they were promised but you had to look through various buildings before you could find one. I had a problem with the code, but they assigned me a new one that works fine.
