Using the app to get the truck and drop the truck back off was absolutely horrible. I was to pick up the truck at 10am but after messing with the app for so long I didn’t get the truck until 10:30am and still had to have it back by 4pm. Then the app didn’t want to work when I dropped the truck back off and the lady inside had to help me return it. She was great.
