Brand new location so signage was not there for drop offs. Thankfully the guy coming to pick up the truck from uhual was pulling in and helped me with it. He was awesome! I hate I didn’t get his name but he was able to check my truck in for me and all
Shannon EPick up location was under construction. No one visible to speak to, truck hidden in the back and difficult to get to. Had to call the office twice to reach someone. Understandable, it is a temporary issue and the gentleman who came out eventually was very pleasant….. but it was a 3 hour process to get our truck and it still wasn’t right. Not the locations fault…. But a bad experience overall. Reserved a truck and a hand truck. 1 hour to find the truck and 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get through the app. After all that, NO hand truck. Was refunded by U-Haul , but I NEEDED it so drove 27 miles to another place that had one…. And they could not rent it out without a truck reservation! Again, not on the location…. U-Haul policy and procedure made this a nightmare weekend.

melvin hDon’t charge the customer twice, have hours posted and described the place is gated and you need an access code to enter. Also there is no after hours drop off and Mon - Tue place closes at 5 reopens Thursday. Would not have rented there is I knew that information beforehand

JACQUELINE JI was 20 minutes late bringing back the trailer and the location was closed. The checking the trailers in a hour or so later and I was charged an extra day for it. I’ve never had a location be so petty about the drop off time and not give a grace period. Will never rent from that location again.

Jasper LMade the representative aware of the missing "S" hook. She stated that she wouldn't have released the dolly with a missing safety item and that the dolly would be placed in an inactive status.
Rayna PUnless your in dire need like we were I wouldn’t go to this location at all the lady at the counter has the worst attitude she lied and made up her own grace period saying that U-Haul cancels your reservation after 15 min of not showing up when I called U-Haul to confirm the explained there’s no such rule. Granted it was 5:20pm and they closed at 6pm the girl just wasn’t in the mood for customers sadly you see that a lot in the single employee location where the employee feel entitled to do as she pleases and not by the contact they have with U-Haul also there location is set up for mobile pick ups and they don’t over offer that at this location. The lady made me sign a fake hand written note that I would not do a after hours drop off or id be looking at a $350 fine for no reason again made up her own rules sad customer service wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use ever again sadly we were in a bind but next time I’d rather drive the extra 5miles for better service and better location please don’t waist your money at this location

Alicia SUhaul truck were in bad shape, truck cut off and would not start several time. A one hour and a half move turn into several hours. That truck need to be taken out the uhaul system.

Monica CStop changing rental agreements to charge customers excess gas!!!! They are committing theft and fraud!!!! I reached out to get a reimbursement which was ignored by drop off location in Spring Lake, NC!!! Spent an hour on hold to talk to 2 other people to then be told someone else will call me in 72 hours, but 8 days have passed and no phone call!!!!
